The Heartland Center for Behavioral Change offers a range of services to support individuals facing substance use and behavioral health challenges.

With multiple locations across Missouri, our center provides both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for those seeking help. Our residential locations are situated in Kansas City on Campbell, while other locations are designated for outpatient care. Our inpatient services offer a structured environment for individuals requiring intensive support, while outpatient programs provide ongoing care that allows individuals to continue with their daily lives. This dual approach enables us to cater to a wide array of needs, from substance use treatment to mental health counseling, ensuring that individuals receive personalized and effective care tailored to their specific situations.

We are here to support the community in our efforts to succeed in our mission to provide behavioral healthcare and substance use disorder services to help individuals lead healthier, happier, more productive lives.
