She has been with us since August of 2023. She is always a pleasure to work with and around. She loves her residents and she works hard to get them rehabbed to the best of their ability. She shows a lot of pride in her work and you can see the difference she makes in the lives of the residents and their families. She takes the time to speak with the family when they have questions, and she does it with such compassion. You will often she her taking her residents, if able, for an outside stroll when the weather is nice or doing her therapy in the courtyard as to have the resident enjoy some sunshine. She is a welcoming presence in our facility and we truly love having her on our team here at LHCC!!!

Atiya demonstrates and shows professionalism in all she does. She CARES for ALL of the residents very well. She demonstrates teamwork all the time and encourages her patients to participate in their care, which provides them with independence. Atiya always has a smile on her face, gets all of her patients up daily, and all of her residents always look well-groomed and speak highly of her. She goes above and beyond for her residents and her co-workers and has a positive attitude. She is very approachable by staff, residents, and family/visitors. We hope we have her on our team for years to come!!
