The highest-paid aestheticians usually aren’t the ones with the most certifications.

They’re the ones clients can’t stop talking about.

The ones whose treatments people book months in advance.

The ones whose touch makes someone melt into the table.

The ones clients recommend to everyone they know.

I’ve spent the last 20 years studying what creates that experience. And my golden clientele who book month after month, year after year, is the proof.

It isn’t just products.
It isn’t expensive devices.

And sorry, it isn’t only learning another protocol. 🤷‍♀️

It’s learning how to use your hands with intention. How to create treatments people remember.

How to slow it down.

How to sculpt & contour the face with confidence, using only the best tool you’ll ever own,… your hands.

How to make your clients feel something they can’t quite put into words, but can’t wait to come back for.

That’s exactly why I created Slow Flow + Sculpt,… and advanced 1 day, LIVE workshop where I’m teaching you how to tap into your magic hands and deliver a facial massage that’s both corrective and deeply therapeutic on a soul level.

On September 13, I’m taking up space inside of a beautiful, private clinic in Orange County, CA surrounded by nature for one intimate day of hands-on education, business strategy, incredible food, meaningful conversations, and a room full of providers who genuinely want to see each other win.

If you’ve been feeling called to elevate your craft and become a part of our coveted, close-knit community, I’d love to have you there.

Comment MAGIC HANDS below, and I’ll personally send you all the details. ✨🤗🙏

The word “expensive” really rubs me the wrong way because I firmly believe we get what we pay for.

AND, to flip the script for you a bit:
WHAT IF you never invest in a hydraulic table?
WHAT IF you never invest in your own healing and bodywork?
WHAT IF you buy an LED light that doesn’t hover and can’t use it because of client discomfort?
WHAT IF you keep partnering with brands who do regular prime day sales and discounts and your clients just wait for those sales to buy from them instead of stocking up with you (the pro who’s guiding them through how and when to use it)
WHAT IF you never invest into higher education, stay stuck in your ways while the wildly innovative, trillion dollar industry around you slowly dominates and your practice becomes irrelevant?

I don’t think you want to see how “expensive” that can be. 👀

As healers, looking inward can feel terribly inconvenient.

There is always another client to care for, another email to answer, another goal to chase, another reason to believe the work outside of us is somehow more important than the work within.

And yet, I’ll always believe we can take others any deeper than we’re willing to go ourselves.

This first half of the year has been one of the most inward seasons of my life.

I’ve been rediscovering my faith, redefining the values that shape both my life and my practice, questioning old beliefs that no longer fit, and learning to trust the roaring voice within me more than the endless noise around me.

I’ve come to believe that healing is about having the courage to gently peel away everything that was never truly you.

The expectations.
The timelines.
The identities you outgrew.
The fear of disappointing people.
The belief that your worth is something you have to earn.

The beautiful thing about healing is that it rarely gives you what you thought you wanted.

It gives you something infinitely more valuable: the ability to meet yourself,….and everyone who sits in your circle, with greater compassion, forgiveness, presence, and peace.

Maybe that’s the real work.
Not becoming a ‘better’ healer.

But becoming a more whole hearted human being.

The safest hands aren’t always the most experienced.

They’re the ones that have learned how to hold their own heart first. 🙏🫶

I found myself unexpectedly emotional watching the World Cup final.

I did NOT have a favorite team before the tournament, but because of the way Spain chose to play,… I was hooked within the first few minutes.

There were so many moments where I thought (and told my husband), “I just want them to score one goal.” Not even because I cared whether they won, but because they deserved to be rewarded for the kind of soccer they were playing.

They attacked relentlessly.
They kept creating opportunities.
They spent so much of the match on offense that it almost felt inevitable something would happen.

And yet... for 90 minutes, nothing showed up on the scoreboard.

It reminded me so much of building a business.

Sometimes you’re doing everything right.
You’re educating.
You’re serving.
You’re refining your craft.
You’re showing up consistently.
You’re taking shot after shot after shot.

From the outside, it can look like nothing is happening. But pressure compounds.

Momentum compounds.

Eventually, one opportunity changes everything.

Spain’s winning goal in extra time was the result of refusing to stop creating chances, I don’t believe for one second that it was dumb luck.

As providers and business owners, I think we can learn something beautiful from that.

Don’t spend your career simply trying not to fail.
Play offense.Keep educating. Keep inviting people in. Keep following up. Keep creating.

The scoreboard doesn’t always reflect the work you’re putting in today, but if you continue showing up with grit and intention, eventually the breakthrough comes.

Congratulations to Spain.

What a joy that was to watch. 🇪🇸⚽️🏆
