We have something exciting in the works!! In collaboration with and presented at we will be hosting Parents Day - an inclusive celebration of all caregivers.

We will be screening - an incredible documentary following a family’s journey through pregnancy and preparing for postpartum.

We will be having an incredible panel discussion following with several of our community partners like
and many more available to share their incredible resources.

We will also have lots of amazing giveaways like a free 60 minute regular or prenatal massage from Hidden Zen with Gwen and many, many more!

So save the date, go ahead and grab a ticket from our website, and get ready to be celebrated on July 26th!

All proceeds will go back into keeping our program free and accessible to our community as well as supporting our lending library of baby carriers and swaddles.

We will be taking a little summer pause 🌿

Grow Our Village will be taking a hiatus on workshops throughout June & July while our team and presenters travel and recharge for the season ahead. This intentional pause will also allow our founder to focus on developing a NEW training centered around navigating the transition into parenthood — something we’re incredibly excited to bring to our community soon. 🤍

May is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month 🤍

Behind every new parent is a story we may never fully see — the exhaustion, the identity shifts, the anxiety, the pressure to “do it all,” and the quiet moments of feeling overwhelmed.

At Grow Our Village, we believe no parent should have to navigate postpartum and early parenthood alone.

This month, we’re committed to:

So grateful for how our Infant CPR class came together on Monday 🤍

We had three amazing families join us, and the hands-on CPR + choking response training was such an important, confidence-building experience.

A huge thank you to our incredible UAH nurses, Payton and Bonnie, who went above and beyond—not only teaching but also answering every question about labor, delivery, and preparing for this next season of life. Their support meant so much to these expecting parents.

Moments like this remind us why this matters—making sure families feel prepared, supported, and not alone.

We’re so excited for all the classes coming up in May and already planning ahead for June 🗓️
