With a lifelong passion for understanding the complex and often hidden language of the human body, Kiersten brings a thoughtful, compassionate, and highly skilled approach to massage therapy. She believes our bodies are constantly communicating with us — we simply need the right tools and awareness to listen.

Specializing in therapeutic massage, Kiersten incorporates techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy, while seamlessly blending relaxation-focused modalities to create treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her goal is not only to address physical discomfort but to support the health and well-being of the whole person.

Kiersten completed her 1,020-hour education at the prestigious CNW School of Massage in Upstate New York, an institution known for its rigorous curriculum and clinical foundation. Her deep understanding of anatomy, combined with her genuine care for others, allows her to create personalized treatment plans that help clients move, feel, and live better.
