To wrap up client appreciation week we wanted to share a little bit about Trevor Newton!

Trevor is one of our longest attending clients with !,000+ sessions! Like he mentioned, he has been with us for 8 years and we're lucky to have him! If you're sitting there thinking "Man this guy looks like Hawkeye..." You're not wrong! Trevor is most known for his Hawkeye cosplays.

However, in the gym, he's known for hard work, consistency, and a go getter attitude, Trevor never backs down from a program and puts in work day after day! Over the past 8 years we've had the privilege to train Trevor and help him along his fitness journey as well as push limits he didn't think could be pushed.

We're blessed to have Trevor as an anchor of our PHP family! 8 years down and here's to more than 8 to go!! Thank you Trevor!

Hi Tina!!! Since it's the last day of our Client Appreciation Week, we wanted to highlight a few more clients.

Tina has been a rockstar member! She has almost 600 sessions under her belt and each and every one of them has been impactful to both her and us. Tina shows that you can push yourself and continue to get stronger and healthier no matter what. She works hard and always comes in with a smile. We love seeing Tina excel past her goals and set new ones for herself to reach!

To wrap up Client Appreciation Week we wanted to highlight you clients!

This is Trevor Mack, he is one of our rockstar athletes! Trevor has just hit over 700 visits! He works hard, pushes himself to reach past where he thought he could go, and absolutely crushes Spartan Races! His fun energy and upbeat attitude always brightens up our afternoons. He first came in to increase his health and fitness and boy has he done just that!
