Can AI handle a complex trauma case?

G-Med asked four AI models to assess a 30-year-old patient following a 6-meter fall, with persistent hypotension, tachycardia, a positive FAST, and abnormal laboratory findings.

Then 129 physicians judged which model gave the best response.

ChatGPT (5.4) came out on top with 33% of the vote, followed by Google Gemini (3.1 Pro) at 27%, OpenEvidence at 24%, and Claude (Sonnet 5) at 16%.
