Egg quality and s***m quality are both influenced by nutrition, lifestyle, inflammation, and nutrient status. In fact, s***m takes about 70–90 days to develop, meaning the choices both partners make today can impact fertility in the months ahead.

Focus on nutrient-dense foods rich in protein, iron, zinc, omega-3 fats, antioxidants, and minerals to support hormone balance, egg quality, s***m health, and overall reproductive wellness.

Just as important: limit ultra-processed foods, excess sugar, alcohol, artificial sweeteners, and excess caffeine.

Fertility is a team effort and nourishing both bodies matters. 🌱✨

If you’re looking for personalized support on your fertility journey, I can help you identify nutrient gaps, optimize your nutrition, and create a plan tailored to you and your partner. Send me a DM or visit the link in my bio to learn more about getting started 🤍

If you have Hashimoto’s and feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what to eat, start simple.

The Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) approach removes some of the most common inflammatory foods including legumes, eggs, grains, nightshades, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, seed oils, food additives, and emulsifiers to help support the gut, immune system, and thyroid at the root.

I put together a simple grocery list of what to actually buy at the store because healing nutrition should feel practical, not overwhelming.

For 1:1 support for your personal healing journey, you can message me directly or book a free call at the link in my bio 💌

Would a list of foods to avoid on Hashimoto’s/AIP be helpful too? Let me know in the comments.

Let’s see how big + bushy my supermarket basil will get this summer ☀️🌱 Basil is one of the easiest ways to add more nutrients and healing compounds into your meals 🌿

Rich in antioxidants, vitamin K, magnesium, and anti-inflammatory compounds, basil may help support digestion, heart health, stress response, and overall inflammation levels.

Simple ways to use it:
• Add to eggs, pasta, salads, sandwiches, or soups
• Blend into pesto
• Toss into roasted vegetables
• Add fresh basil to tomato, avocado, or sourdough toast

I buy my basil plant at 🌱Fresh herbs are small but powerful for supporting overall health 🤍 How do you use basil?
