Fertility journeys can teach us so much about ourselves, our relationships, and what we’re capable of carrying.

Finish the sentence in the comments: My fertility journey taught me ________.

Maybe it taught you to advocate for yourself, accept support, celebrate small wins, trust your strength, or take things one day at a time.

Whatever your answer is, sharing it may help someone else feel a little less alone in their own journey.

Not ready to grow your family today, but want to preserve more options for tomorrow?

Egg freezing may give you greater flexibility to pursue parenthood when the timing feels right for you.

At NewLIFE Fertility, our experienced team uses advanced cryopreservation techniques to retrieve, freeze, and safely store unfertilized eggs for potential future use.

People consider egg freezing for many different reasons, including education, career plans, waiting for the right partner, a family history of early menopause, endometriosis, previous ovarian surgeries, or upcoming medical treatments that could affect fertility.

Through PatientFi, eligible patients may also explore flexible monthly payment options with a quick online application and no impact to their credit when checking their options.

Your reasons are personal, and your care should be too.

Request a consultation with NewLIFE Fertility to learn whether egg freezing may be right for you and explore your PatientFi payment options.

🍟 In the IVF world, french fries are so much more than a side dish.

If you've been through a transfer, you probably already know exactly what we're talking about.

The post-transfer McDonald's fries ritual is one of the most well-known and well-loved traditions in the fertility community.

The tradition is believed to trace back to clinical advice for patients at risk for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, a potential complication of IVF.

Doctors recommended salty foods after egg retrieval to help manage symptoms, and from there, the idea quietly spread.

Word traveled through fertility forums, support groups, and patient communities, and before long, stopping for fries on the way home from a transfer had become a full-on ritual for patients all over the world.

While there may be no hard science that proves this ritual is helpful, there is something genuinely special about having a small, joyful moment to look forward to on one of the most emotionally intense days of your life.

At NewLIFE Fertility, we support the whole journey, including the fries. 🍟

Did you do the ritual? Tell us your story below. 👇
