💪 Getting stronger for life… one rep (and one smile) at a time.

Our Wappingers Falls team, led by Dr. Frank Umbrino, PT, DPT, CSCS, AOTC, TPI, had the absolute joy of spending time at the Wappingers Falls Senior Center for a “Stronger for Life” session—sharing simple exercises to help support strength, balance, and independence.

There were resistance bands flying, plenty of questions, a few birthday plants handed out, and a whole lot of laughter along the way.

What stood out most? The energy in the room. Proof that staying active isn’t about age—it’s about attitude.

At Ivy, we believe movement should feel empowering, not intimidating… and community always makes it better.
