The World Cup kicks off this week!!! ⚽️🥳

To celebrate this exciting Summer of Soccer, CHOP Diabetes Center has partnered with Little Smiles Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Union soccer team in planning a Diabetes Center soccer outing 🙂

When: Saturday, July 25th at 7:30 PM
Where: Subaru Park – Chester, PA
Who: Philadelphia Union vs Seattle Sounders

Why this match: This special matchup features Seattle Sounders and U.S. Men's National Team forward Jordan Morris, who is a person living with Type 1 Diabetes and has become an inspiration to countless athletes and families by competing at the highest levels of the sport while managing T1D.

Congratulations to the French Open Winner Alexander Zverev 🎾 who has T1D! How cool to see him dose in between sets, on one of the world’s biggest tennis stages!

The CHOP Diabetes Center School Nurse conference, Keeping Kids with Diabetes Safe in School and Community Settings, is now open for registration!

All healthcare professionals that take care of children with diabetes are welcome to attend, and nurses will also receive continuing education hours for their licensure requirement!
