Please join us in welcoming Cynthia Shelton, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, to the Arizona Gynecology Consultants team.

Cynthia brings 25 years of experience caring for women and supporting patients through every stage of life. Born in Wilmington, North Carolina, Cynthia has lived in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, and is excited to bring her experience, compassion, and patient-centered approach to our practice.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys gardening, volunteering, and traveling.

Featured Staff Friday: Meet Tessa Farley

Tessa Farley is a Nurse Practitioner at Arizona Gynecology Consultants with a strong background in women’s health. Before becoming an NP, she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse at Banner University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Gynecology.

Tessa has a special interest in sexual pain disorders, vulvar disorders, and hormone management. She also performs in-office procedures including Cerene Cryoablations, contraceptive management, and biopsies.

She is passionate about helping women of all ages improve and maintain their quality of life.

Meet Avery Tosto, DNP, a Phoenix/Scottsdale native dedicated to helping patients feel supported, heard, and empowered in their care. Avery earned both her nursing degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Arizona and brings valuable experience from five years as a PICU nurse. She is also a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), providing trauma-informed, individualized, evidence-based care in women’s health. Outside of work, Avery enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. 💚
