It was wonderful to see so much community support, connection, and encouragement. The turnout was incredible, and we’re grateful to everyone who came out and helped make today such a meaningful event.

Building a recovery-supportive circle takes time. It might include alumni peers, a sponsor, a therapist, family members who show up for you, or new friendships built around shared values.

When we are struggling, the instinct is often to pull away, to hide what is happening, to handle it alone. But that instinct works against us.

Community provides accountability. It offers perspective when our own thinking is distorted. It reminds us that we are not alone in what we are going through, and it gives us something to show up for beyond ourselves.

At Cielo, connection is built into everything we do, from group therapy and peer support to alumni programs that keep the community alive long after treatment ends.
