🏠 Affordable Housing Waitlist Opening Oct. 29

The waitlist for Cascadia Health's Lafayette Court Apartments will open Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 10 a.m. PT. This waitlist will remain open until 50 applications are received.

This waitlist opening is for units that are not subsidized. Applicants must have income or a tenant-based voucher/rental assistance to qualify if they have zero income.

For households that have already applied for the waitlist for the Centennial Place Apartments, your placement on the waitlist will not change and you don't need to re-apply.

We are currently seeking applicants who meet the 50-60% Median Family Income limit and are looking for a studio, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartment.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING WAITLIST OPENING TODAY

Cascadia Health’s Clinton Ridge (Alcohol and Drug Free) Apartments subsidized waitlist is opening today, Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. PT.

The waitlist will remain open until we receive 25 applications.

To qualify, applicants must be at or below 40% AMI (Annual Media Income) which is $36,160 for 1-person or $41,320 for 2-people. Zero income applicants are encouraged to apply.
