TOMORROW 9/2! Come grab a bite for NorthStar Clubhouse! 🍔

Tomorrow, Wednesday, September 2nd, between 3:00-8:00pm, our friends at the delicious Burgerville (8218 NE Glisan St) are donating 20% of Dine-In, Takeout, Drive-Thru, and Pick-Up orders back to NorthStar Clubhouse!

Come eat out, support NorthStar, and show one of our Portland favorites some love while you’re at it! And please share this with your friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who loves Burgerville and wants to support NorthStar!

We hope to see you there — thank you so much for supporting NorthStar Clubhouse!

I visited North Star Clubhouse- a community space where members with mental health diagnoses participate in employment resources, education, volunteer work and more. Thank you for having me!

“Food is mood"- Car

Like the springtime surrounding us, our Nutrition & Wellness Unit at NorthStar Clubhouse has been blooming over the last year🌸

Each week, our kitchen comes alive with a balance of meals: two meat-based, two veggie-based, and one fish dish. And lately, we’ve been hearing more and more complements specifically about the plant-based meals we’ve been creating and sharing together! 🌱

At NorthStar, food is more than connection, skill-building, creativity, and care. Our Nutrition & Wellness Unit is just one of the many ways we support each member to thrive.

NorthStar Clubhouse requests your absence at our first-ever..
🎉April Fool's Day Gala today, April 1!🎉
The non-event is imaginary…but the need is real!

Avoiding the cost of an event means all funds raised will go directly to support the mission of NorthStar. This unique ✨non-event✨ offers you:
❎ No rubber chicken dinner
❎ No dancing
❎ No small talk

✅Just the opportunity for your gift to go directly toward supporting adults living with mental illness!

Why participate?
Research consistently shows that Clubhouses are a critical pathway to purpose, community, and employment for adults living with mental illness.

Importantly, no finances or insurance are needed for Portlanders to join NorthStar Clubhouse—eliminating financial barriers and making this service a vital, equitable resource in metro Portland’s mental health system.

Thanks for "joining us" this April Fool's Day! Your non-attendance matters now more than ever.💕
