Over the last month we had the honor of spending 4 Wednesday afternoons with the employees of Wheatley School at the end of the school day. It’s a broken record, but we are grateful to each and every human who braves their first ever yoga class with us. Students are the best teachers and beginners remind us the imprtance of creating a space to let rest happen. We look forward to many more chances to work with the hero’s that work day in and day out with kids bc they love it. Thank you for all you do, truly grateful.

First Flow + Sip class tomorrow kicking off Amaterra Wines for their Summer Sundays on the Terrace

Accessible, upbeat movement class that blends functional strengthening, targeted core work, and smooth transitions that build power, balance, and mobility. Based on Lauren Bielenberg founder’s class Strength + Flow that is featured weekly at Adidas Headquarters and various local collabs.

Shifting focus away from how a pose should look and instead how it uniquely fits your body.

Flow + Sip is coming to Amaterra Winery! Move your body as you gaze out over the terrace and experience this incredible setting. Participants are encouraged to meet their bodies where they are, with options to both modify or intensify - it's designed to be approachable, fun, and engaging.

This is your chance to break a sweat, build strength, and connect with others in a beautiful, social environment. Spots are limited - Joining the Flow + Sip community!

Tickets are $65 for an hour long yoga session followed by a complimentary glass of wine on the terrace and will be every other Sunday from June-August. If you would like a bundle for all classes, reach out to [email protected] and we will sign you up for $380.

Mats will be provided, but consider bringing your own water bottle or you can purchase one of ours with the Amaterra logo!
