For anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed by the thought of daily IVF injections, there’s now another option!

We’re proud to be the first clinic in North Carolina to offer NeedleFree IVFā„¢ exclusively by MDR Specialty Pharmacy, providing an alternative designed to make fertility treatment more comfortable and less stressful.

How it works: A small, soft port is placed on your abdomen through a quick insertion process, allowing you to administer your daily stimulation medications without repeated injections.

Please note: Blood draws and certain other procedures may still require needles. Needle-free refers specifically to medication delivery through the port.

There’s so much more to a fertility journey than appointments, medications, and treatment plans.
Today, on , we’re recognizing the emotional side of fertility care.

As Dr. Eshel, our in-house psychologist, reminds us, your emotional well-being deserves just as much attention and support as your physical health. Give yourself grace on the difficult days and remember that you don’t have to navigate every emotion alone.

Send this to someone who could use the reminder. ā¤ļø

A little Durham Pride Parade recap from this past weekend! šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆ šŸ’›We had the best time celebrating with the community and loved having many familiar faces stop by to say hi. Getting to see the families we’ve helped build always makes our day!

There’s something extra special about hearing patient experiences in their own words. In this review, one patient shared how much they appreciated Dr. Copland’s attentiveness, knowledge, and ability to make their care feel both evidence-based and deeply personal.

That balance is something we strive for every day at Atlantic, bringing expertise to every decision while making sure each patient feels supported and cared for as an individual.

It’s Dr. Coward’s turn to read a review! One of the sweetest parts of reading these reviews is realizing how many moments from your journeys have stayed with our team, too. Thank you, as always, for trusting us to be a part of such an important chapter in your lives.

More women than ever are taking control of their fertility through egg freezing, and that’s an incredible thing to see. But there’s one important distinction we need to keep talking about: egg freezing is insurance, not assurance.

The reality is, freezing your eggs can give you more options for the future, but it can’t guarantee a pregnancy later on. What it can offer is something incredibly valuable: more freedom and flexibility when it comes to your reproductive timeline.

There are plenty of times when picking a team makes sense. Sports? Absolutely. Fertility care? Not so much. When it comes to restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) and assisted reproductive technology (ART), you don’t always have to choose one path over the other.

A comprehensive approach enables you to investigate and treat what may be affecting fertility while also understanding what treatments can help move care forward. Read more about how RRM fits into fertility care in our latest blog here: https://atlanticfertility.com/blog/restorative-reproductive-medicine

Here is a question worth adding to your fertility-care checklist: Who owns the practice?

It may sound like a behind-the-scenes detail, but ownership can influence who makes decisions about treatment, technology, staffing, and the patient experience.

At Atlantic Fertility, the physicians caring for our patients also own the practice. So, the people making key decisions about care are the same people sitting with patients in the exam room.

Swipe through to learn why physician ownership matters, then read the full blog here: https://atlanticfertility.com/blog/why-physician-ownership-matters-in-fertility-care
