From reggaeton and Shakira to a room full of energy, music is at the heart of Ruth’s classes. As a big fan of Latin and pop music, she loves bringing her culture into the studio, moving alongside her students, and creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to challenge themselves and keep going.

For Ruth, yoga is magic. What began as a physical practice in her mid-thirties quickly became a journey of self-discovery, confidence, and connection. Since completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, she’s taught over 1,000 Yoga Sculpt classes and expanded her teaching to include Hot Power Fusion and C2. As an immigrant from Durango, Mexico, she is grateful for the opportunity to bring her whole self into the studio and share the practice that has had such a meaningful impact on her life.

Yoga has taught her that there are no limits to what we can achieve with dedication and willingness to keep moving forward. It’s that same sense of empowerment she hopes to pass on to her students, leaving them feeling stronger, more confident, and, above all, full of joy.

And when she’s not at the studio? You can find her exploring the mountains and discovering new places throughout the PNW.

We’re so grateful to have Ruth as part of our teacher community. Come flow with her at our Ballard or Bellevue studios in Seattle! 🧡

We now offer Mask to Mat classes in all our San Diego locations. Yay! If you are vaccinated, you can now practice with your mask off. No proof of vaccination required.

There is also one Mask Required class on the schedule each day for those who are more comfortable in a class where everyone is masked.

Masks are still required in common areas (lobby and locker rooms).

Hey Mission Valley! Exciting news! Starting Tuesday June 15th, if you are vaccinated, you can now place your mask to mat during class! Yay!

We will be at 100% capacity with our classes and still ask that you reserve your spot by using the app or on the website.

We will be offering one class a day where masks are required for those who are more comfortable in a class with everyone wearing masks. The mask required class will be indicated on the schedule.

Also, showers are now OPEN!

We are excited to see you back in the studio!
