The patio is officially open for the season! ☀️🍹🎶

We could not have asked for more gorgeous weather to usher in the spring and summer months! To celebrate the sunshine, we hosted our very first outdoor party of the season, and it was an absolute dream. Our residents spent the afternoon soaking up the fresh air, enjoying delicious snacks, and sipping on the most refreshing mocktail margaritas.

With great music playing and even better conversations flowing, the energy on the patio was simply unmatched. If this first party is any indication, we are in for a truly spectacular, sun-filled season together!

The launch of our new Wednesday Afternoon Tea has quickly become a beloved neighborhood tradition. Hearing the gentle clink of teacups and the beautiful hum of shared stories floating down the hall brings such a profound sense of comfort. You always want the holidays to feel as magical for your parents as they made them feel for you growing up. The energy at Las Soleras was absolutely buzzing this weekend during our massive community Easter egg hunt! Everyone gathered in the courtyard to search for hidden treasures and share plenty of laughs with their neighbors. A love story for the ages! We gathered together to celebrate the remarkable 75th wedding anniversary of Dale and Olive Smith. When Las Soleras opened six years ago, they were among the very first residents to call our community home.
