SAH offers services to community members facing a terminal diagnosis and to their family and friends.

The mission of Seward Area Hospice is to provide compassionate end of life care to enable comfort, dignity, and choice for the individual and the family.

We are honored to be the beneficiary of Providence’s Butterfly Release Fundraiser, taking place at Mountain Haven Raven Lodge in support of Seward Area Hospice. Everyone is welcome to attend this meaningful event.

Special thank you to for allowing us to serve frito pies and baked goods at the Silver Salmon Derby, Monday August 10th from 3:30-6:30pm. Come out to enjoy the Silver Salmon Derby and get some food while your at it. We look forward to seeing you there.

You can register online at www.sewardareahospice.org or in person when you arrive. The registration fee is $25 per person (children 12 and under are free). If you are unable to give, please join us anyway. Everyone is welcome.
All proceeds directly support Seward Area Hospice, allowing us to continue serving those who are facing the end of life, coping with a serious illness, or experiencing grief from the loss of a loved one. We hope to see you there.

This photo was taken last year at our Hike for Hospice event. We had a basket of battery operated candles to light in memory of our loved ones. It was so moving to walk by and see all the flickering flames representing so much love.
