There's a moment we all put off. The one where we finally stop waiting and do the thing for ourselves. Not because someone told us to, not because there was a deadline, just because we decided we were worth it too. Everyone has their own version of it, their own reason they kept pushing it down the list, their own day where they finally stopped.
Now it's her turn. And it can be yours too. 🦷✨

Have braces? We recommend keeping these on hand every day. A few small tools go a long way toward comfortable, effective treatment, and most of them fit right in a backpack or bag.

Not sure what you need? Ask us at your next visit.

Aligner treatment works best when the little habits stick. It's less about the big rules and more about what you do every single day, morning routine, meal times, and how you store them when they're out. Bookmark this for the mornings when you're rushing out the door and need a quick reminder.
