When was the last time you checked in on your mental health?

Mental healthcare looks different for everyone, and even small steps—like reaching out to someone you trust—can make a meaningful difference. You’re not alone, and help is always available.

Happy National Teacher Day!

Today, we're celebrating the incredible teachers at Lakeland Regional School — the ones who show up every day ready to meet students exactly where they are and help them keep moving forward.

To our team: thank you for the difference you make...not just in the classroom, but in the lives and futures of the students you serve.
