Our upcoming Car Show is a great opportunity to enjoy amazing vehicles, connect with the community, and support a meaningful cause for our residents.
We are still looking for participants to join us! Registration is FREE, participants will receive free food, and a trophy will be awarded for Best in Show

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we’re looking forward to sunshine, warmer days, and all the beautiful signs of spring ahead for our residents.

This week has been filled with fun activities, meaningful moments, and plenty of smiles throughout our community. We’re also excited for our upcoming Car Show and the opportunity to bring the community together for a great cause.

Today our residents stayed busy with activities, shared smiles, and enjoyed staying warm and dry indoors. Even on gloomy days, there’s always something happening around our facility!

As we look ahead to brighter weather, we’re also getting excited for our upcoming Car Show!

From familiar faces to brand new connections, every conversation meant something to us—whether it was a quick hello or learning more about how we can help.

Events like this remind us how special this community is.

French Manor truly enjoyed every moment and is so grateful to everyone who stopped by to spend time with us. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Mother’s Day this weekend with our residents, families, and staff during our Mother’s Day brunch.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special and full of meaningful moments together.

As we head into a new week, we’re also looking forward to preparing for tomorrow’s Senior Expo and another opportunity to connect with our community here in Traverse City. We hope to see many familiar faces there!

This past week, our team here at French Manor Terra has participated in a dementia training program with Accelerate the Care 💛

These workshops focus on the importance of the Positive Approach to Care method, helping our staff better understand and support those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

We are grateful for opportunities like this that allow our team to continue growing and providing the highest level of care to our residents and their families.

We are so incredibly thankful to have partnered with Sage Integration Massage & Body Care for our staff party last week. Our initial plans for our Staff Christmas Party fell through last minute. Lori Wagner and her fantastic crew came to the rescue!

They moved into French Manor Terra on Saturday and setup 4 massage beds and multiple facial stations. Once setup they spent 6 hours giving our staff massages and facials. They were all fantastic! Many of our staff said that was the best massage they have ever had! Your team is top notch!

Thank you so much for stepping up and pampering our staff this weekend. They all work incredibly hard day in and day out to make sure our residents receive the best care possible!

We couldn't resist ... We moved pretty much our entire Spa over to French Manor Terra last Saturday to pamper their employees with massages and facials. Do we usually do off-premise work? NO! but, there was just something about Mary (the coordinator in the red sweater) and Brandon, (the administrator/owner) that I couldn't resist!
These Senior Living Centers do sooooo much for our community, our mothers & fathers, our loved ones. What better way for us to show a token of our appreciation back than to pamper the very ones who do all the hard work to take care of us???
Yes, it was hard work for us too, but it was worth every moment when we saw the joy on the workers faces and the comments of appreciation were overwhelming!!!
Thank you for inviting us, Brandon & Mary. We're all family now!!!
