Summer is in full swing now and we’re kicking off this Sunday with our building wide event! All businesses in the Pungo Building will have their doors open with 20+ vendors outside and inside. Wishing everyone a safe and fun Memorial Day weekend! No classes on Monday but schedule is full the rest of the week with some special events this weekend:

Saturday: Paul Allen is coming for a FREE seminar on taxes. Small business owners, this one is specifically designed with you in mind. Come ready with questions about maximizing your return, when to switch from an LLC to an S-corp and more.

Recurring classes and special events lined up for you this week!

A reminder that our 6 week yoga series is full and no longer accepting sign ups.
’s S.O.F.T.E.N training is also sold out. So if you weren’t able to catch this one, be sure to follow her to stay in the loop on her upcoming trainings and offerings ✨

I’ll be stepping in to lead the class this Saturday. A donation based offering where 25% of the proceeds will benefit the . This is the same nonprofit THL will be highlighting at our building wide event next month, Strawberry Moon Market so be sure to come out 🍓♥️

We also have back on Sunday for a psychedelic breathwork session.

Our new 6 Week Beginner Yoga Series starts this Wednesday and we still have a few spots left 🫶🏼

This weekend is packed with special events. Saturday we have Brian Lottman, a wandering monk visiting the VB area and hosting a Satsang at 11am. Join us for a morning of energy healing, mystical mantra, guided meditation and more.
