Metanoia does MURPH 2026. These ladies showed up and worked so hard this morning. This workout is no joke, but they all just kept going even when it was soooo hard. Thank you, friends for coming and making this workout the most fun it can be. Lots of laughs, encouragement, sweat and fun filled this space today 🫶

Two classes. Same movements. Different formats.
Tuesday was all about Murph prep, pushing limits, and choosing to do hard things anyway.

So grateful for every woman who walks through the doors at Metanoia Strength Studio — showing up, working hard, and proving they’re capable of more than they thought.
