Most parents think about summer and picture freedom, fun, and a break from the school year grind. But for teen drivers, summer is actually the most dangerous time of year.

More free time means more time behind the wheel. More passengers, later nights, and less structure create conditions that increase risk in ways most families are not thinking about.

The 100 Deadliest Days run from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your son has his license or is close to getting it, now is the time to have the conversation about expectations, boundaries, and what responsible driving actually looks like.
