Causeway Collaborative

Causeway Collaborative When talking is going nowhere,
we're somewhere that can help.

Causeway began in the fall of 2012, initially a single-man shop founded by Vince Benevento with a vision to improve the lives of young men. The business grew rapidly out of its original office space based upon the need in the community, developing a strong reputation and a trusted team of local referral partners in the process. Now, the firm is comprised of a highly trained staff of eight distingu

Summer does not have to be perfectly planned to be really good for your son. It just has to be intentional.

A little structure, some freedom, real connection, and giving him a voice in how it all comes together. That balance is more achievable than most parents think.

Save this and share it with a parent heading into summer with a teen boy. It might be exactly what they needed today.

Most parents think about summer and picture freedom, fun, and a break from the school year grind. But for teen drivers, summer is actually the most dangerous time of year.

More free time means more time behind the wheel. More passengers, later nights, and less structure create conditions that increase risk in ways most families are not thinking about.

The 100 Deadliest Days run from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your son has his license or is close to getting it, now is the time to have the conversation about expectations, boundaries, and what responsible driving actually looks like.

Not to scare him. Just to make sure he knows you are paying attention.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day. Today we pause to honor the men and women who gave everything in service to this country. Their sacrifice deserves more than a long weekend. It deserves our gratitude and our remembrance.

Our offices will be closed Monday in observance of the holiday and will reopen Tuesday morning. If you need to reach us, we will get back to you first thing when we return.

Take time to rest, connect, and be with the people who matter most.

One of the hardest things for a parent to do after graduation is step back.

You want to help. You want to solve it. You want to hand him a plan and watch it work. But what most young men need in this transition is not another answer. They need an anchor. Someone steady, available, and not panicking on their behalf.

Your calm tells him he is going to be okay. Your presence tells him he is not alone. That is not a small thing. That is everything.

If your son is struggling to find direction after graduation, Causeway Collaborative is here to help.

Graduation is supposed to feel like an arrival. For a lot of young men, it feels more like a cliff.
The structure disappears, the next step isn't clear, and for boys who already struggle with direction, that gap can be really hard to navigate alone.

If your son is graduating this spring and you're not sure what comes next, you're not alone. That's exactly what Causeway Collaborative is here for.

Meet Nicole O'Brien, licensed therapist, PhD, and COO at Causeway Collaborative. You may know Causeway as a place that supports young men. But Nicole is here for the moms too.

There often comes a point when the roles you have been playing no longer feel like a fit. When something in your body, your relationships, or your sense of self is quietly asking for something different. Nicole's approach focuses on integration over urgency and self-trust over self-correction. Helping you release what no longer serves you and step into what's next with steadiness and depth.

You do not have to figure that out alone.

Therapy only works when it's the right fit.

At Causeway, we don't start with a program. We start with your family. Our intake process is built to understand your son, his goals, and what's actually going on at home. Then we decide together what kind of support makes the most sense.

Because the right approach changes everything.
