đź’» Spend hours seated at a computer for work, gaming or study?

Long periods of sitting and inactivity can increase your risk of back pain - often linked to poor posture, incorrect ergonomics and repetitive strain. Over time, this can contribute to musculoskeletal issues and, if left unmanaged can lead to chronic spinal health conditions.

Common signs to watch for:
⚠️ Headaches
⚠️ Neck, shoulder and upper back pain
⚠️ Postural changes over time

Back pain doesn’t just affect the body - it can also impact mental wellbeing, contributing to stress and fatigue.

Adjust your thinking. Prevention starts with simple habits:
âś… Sit upright and stay relaxed
âś… Take regular movement and stretching breaks
âś… Set your screen at eye level
âś… Use a supportive, ergonomic chair
âś… Mix sitting with standing where possible
