Today I said goodbye to a very special organisation and an outstanding team.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last six years at Construct Health. I leave this organisation with many fond memories and a sense of achievement that we were able to make a difference in the communities we serve. The work over the past six years has very much allowed me to grow and develop personally and professionally and I am grateful for that.

Thank you to the team and all the great people in Mackay and the Bowen Basin who have been part of this journey.

My family and I are excited for what is ahead of us and we are wishing the Construct Health team only the best for the future.

The 4th annual mid-year mixer’s OMOBOW Award (One Mat-One Bowl-One Winner) took place in Emerald last night.

After watching the Emerald Rams Rugby Union Club Lady’s Day match, contestants took to the field after full time.

The winner for 2024 in an extremely accurate performance was Thomas Wendt!

Congratulations Thomas, a bottle of ch*****ne, your name embroidered for the ages on the coveted RM Williams OMOBOW jersey and bragging rights for 12 months!

We had such a great time at the last weekend. We have been sponsoring this fantastic event since 2017 and are proud to be part of it every year. Thank you to all the volunteers and organisers of the event. How good it was to see the events sold out. We are already looking forward to the 2025 Marina Run.

Today we farewelled our physiotherapist Tiffany, as it was her last day in clinic! Tiff and her family are going on an adventure of a lifetime travelling around Australia! We have been so lucky to see Tiff grow not only professionally, but personally as well over the years. Since starting at Construct Health, Tiffany and her partner have welcomed two beautiful girls, Zali and Parker, into their family and into our Construct Health family as well.

We are extremely excited for this next stage in Tiffany’s life but are very sad to be saying goodbye! We cannot thank Tiffany enough for the last few years and wish her all the best! ❤️❤️
