We’ve got some exciting updates to our Thursday classes with Emilie 👇

🕕 NEW TIME for Fitlab Circuit with Emilie - Now at 6:00pm Thursdays (previously 4pm)
A fun, safe and social circuit class designed to improve fitness, strength, balance and functional movement. Sessions are higher-intensity and use a variety of stations to build overall conditioning and support long-term health and quality of life.

🕘 NEW Supervised Session with Emilie - 9:00am Thursdays
Perfect for those with their own program who are looking for supervision, advice or progression of their exercises in a supportive environment.

This March, join the Cancer Council Australia in their Pilates for Cancer Challenge! 🧘‍♀️💛

The goal: 450 minutes of Pilates across March - that’s one minute for every Australian diagnosed with cancer each day.

Being physically active helps reduce your risk of cancer and one-third of cases each year are preventable through a healthy lifestyle. By taking part, you’ll stay active while raising funds for cancer research, prevention programs and support services.

We’d love to support you in the studio to get your minutes up and help make every minute count!

Please join us in welcoming Kyran to the ERRS team! 👋🎉

Kyran is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. At ERRS, he works with clients across a range of musculoskeletal conditions, post-injury and post-surgical rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, bringing expertise and empathy to every session. He has a particular interest in helping individuals return to sport, work and everyday activities safely and effectively ⚽🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, playing sport, running, or enjoying the beach 🌊☀️
