We are excited to share that our Wembley clinic will be relocating to a new location in Osborne Park on Monday, 26th October.
New address:
2 Neil St, Osborne Park
Last day at our current location: Friday, 23 October
Conveniently located just 7-12 minutes from our current Wembley clinic, our new Osborne Park location offers easy access for patients and carers, with nearby public transport connections including Glendalough Train & Bus Station and major bus routes along Scarborough Beach Road.

🌸Phone numbers, email addresses and online bookings remain unchanged
🌸All existing appointments will be automatically transferred to the new clinic

Heidi Rossouw and Kylin O’Callaghan are currently on maternity leave, with Kylin expected to return early next year.
Jack To will be leaving the clinic, and his patients will be transitioned to John Broertjes to ensure continuity of care.
Podiatry services will be relocating to our sister clinic in Subiaco. Patients affected by this change will be contacted directly with further information.
