Hello spring… hello allergies. 🌼🤧
Spring brings warmer days, longer evenings and plenty of time outdoors — but for those with seasonal allergies, it can also bring sneezing, congestion, itchy eyes and restless nights.
Allergy symptoms don't necessarily stop when you go to bed. Nasal congestion can make breathing less comfortable at night, while coughing, itching and other symptoms can make it harder to settle or contribute to disrupted sleep.
And unfortunately, poor sleep can leave an already sniffly spring day feeling even harder. 😴
If seasonal allergies are affecting your sleep, managing the underlying allergy symptoms may be an important part of getting your nights back on track. Speak with your GP or pharmacist to see what could help.
Here's to brighter days — and hopefully less sneezy nights. 💙
