Stay tuned—our events and workshop calendar is getting an update and will be available online over the weekend. There’s plenty to look forward to in June, July, and August, including somatic movement sessions, women’s gatherings, masterclasses, and the highly anticipated return of SOMA VITA 2.
In essence, we’ll be exploring practical tools, tips, and shared experiences designed to help us address symptoms of postural imbalances, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, trauma, and grief. These techniques will illuminate ways to regulate our emotions and nervous system, deepen our connection to the body’s wisdom, mobilize stagnant energy, release deeply held tension, and support the movement of stuck processes.
The masterclass will also feature inspiration drawn from FAMO Fascia Movement and Root Chakra grounding practices, based on courses I have attended, including chi-activation. I am truly excited for what’s ahead. After spending time in nature, swimming, and taking cold dips, I feel I have entered a harmonious space, and from this place, something magical always seems to emerge.
