Curves Camden Curves offers a 30-minute, total-body workout that includes strength training, cardio and stretching. But with Curves women's gym, 30 minutes is all you need!

Members get personalized coaching, both during workout and in monthly coaching sessions, to help them reach their fitness and health goals. We understand how busy life can be and finding time to exercise can be tough. The Curves circuit is an efficient full body workout. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group and can burn up to 2000 kilojoules (478 calories) through a proven program

me of strength training, cardio, and stretching. Plus you can join the circuit at any time, from any station and start working out when it suits you (within standard opening hours) #. The circuit is made up of hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance that increases with effort. As you get stronger, you can push harder and the machines will respond with more resistance making them perfect for women of any fitness level to continually achieve results.
