Reiki reminds us that love isn't something we need to find—it's something we are. Love is always HERE......an underlying pulse of life. When we become still and present, we can feel it and learn to live from it. As we accept love as part of who we are, our perception shifts, and the world and the people in it begin to look different.

Learning Reiki helped me understand what love truly is.

As we become a channel for life force energy, something beautiful begins to unfold. We open ourselves to life in a more magical, intuitive way. As this loving energy flows through us, it not only supports the healing of others, but gently guides us on our own journey as well.

One of my passions is tuning into a person's energy field and translating what I see, hear, and feel.

During my Soul Alignment Gatherings, I open my field and attune to the frequency of the group. Everyone is gently guided into a present and relaxed state, creating a powerful energetic space where the energy is not only sensed by one person, but felt by everyone in the room.

Once the group has settled into this shared space, I tune into the collective field and share a message that is meant for all of us. I then focus on each individual, translating what I am sensing and feeling in their energy field in that moment.

These gatherings have proven to be deeply powerful and transformative, and I am excited to begin offering them once again.

We are one of a kind. We are uniquely created of Divine essence.

There is no aspect of us that is separate from our life journey, and there is no aspect of us that is separate from the Divine.

In this moment, I invite you to place your hand upon your heart and truly feel these words:

"We are One.

Oneness is contagious.

May this knowing permeate every aspect of my inner world. In this moment, in this here and now, I remember my perfection. I remember my divinity, unfolding now and always."

When we tune in in this manner, we align with our Higher Self, our Divine nature. In this state, in this elevated frequency, our vision becomes clearer and our hearts open more fully.

As we allow our hearts to expand beyond the boundaries of the body, we begin to remember why we are here.

We are here to BE LOVE!

That is all.

It is all that is.

There is no need to enter the complexity of the mind. Nothing to figure out. Nothing to solve.

Only to remember.

And in that remembrance, we return to ourselves.

My Soul Alignment Sessions allow us to open up to remember. Every session is recorded for reflection afterwards. During the session, absolute presence allows your body to remember the powerful truth of who you are.

A Soul Alignment Session is a sacred space for deep relaxation, healing, and reconnection with your true essence. Drawing on over 22 years of Reiki practice, I enter into the flow of life force energy and open to intuitive guidance that may come through vision, feeling, or inner knowing.
As you rest in a deeply relaxed state, messages of love, clarity, and support often emerge from higher frequencies of consciousness. These insights are gently spoken and recorded so you can remain fully surrendered to the experience and revisit the guidance later. The session includes one hour of energy work on the table followed by time for integration, reflection, and an oracle card to help illuminate the wisdom that has come forward.

Over the years, I have come to see Reiki as a way of living life more fully. As a practitioner and teacher, I’ve witnessed again and again that becoming a vessel for life force energy is not something we have to strive for—it’s a natural state of being.

It is simple… and yet it asks for practice. A daily returning. Each day that we consciously open to the life force that is life itself—natural, ever-present, and at the core of who we are—we begin to experience our human lives differently. Our perspective shifts, and our energy naturally draws in more of that life force around us.
