Meniscus = C- shaped cartilage in the knee acting as a shock absorber & stabilizer.
Injury occurs due to twisting, deep squatting, or trauma leading to pain, swelling, locking, or "giving way."

📌WHY IT HAPPENS? / COMMON CAUSE

▪Sports (football, basketball, wrestling)
▪Deep knee bends/ squats
▪Sudden twisting on a planted foot
▪Age-related degeneration
