It's the long weekend but we are still exercising. Come out and join. Maybe you haven't been able to come because of work, maybe you have been busy and haven't been able to return or maybe your a regular and need to keep up that streak. Whatever it is we will be there and we can't wait to see you.

Osgoode Township high school has been a big supporter for the Relay for Life Campaigne for many year. They continue to be one of the top funraisers with several initiatives throughout the year. Their biggest event is the Relay which takes place May 28th, 2026. If you drive past the fair grounds on that day you will see so many students participating and support this cause that has affected each and every one of us.

It's Meet and Greet Day in Metcalfe. Come down to Victoria Street to see all the local businesses. Enjoy the live music, take in the Bar-B-Q and meet some really great local entrepreneurs. We will be set up on Victoria Street, so come by and say Hi. The sun is shining and spring in in the air.
