During her undergraduate degree, she worked closely with individuals with both mental and physical disabilities, an experience that sparked her passion for supporting neurological populations. She later completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Australia, gaining valuable experience working with both musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, specifically spinal cord rehabilitation and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
Rachel has experience supporting individuals with a variety of injuries and conditions, using an exercise-based and educational approach to help clients return to the activities that matter most to them. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based care and takes a collaborative, patient-centred approach that empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
Outside of her clinical work, Rachel enjoys staying active through running, swimming, strength training, and playing soccer. She also values time spent travelling, exploring new places, and being outdoors.
