To kick off Nursing Week at INTEGRAcare, we were honoured to welcome special guest Richard Davis, an organizational psychologist and author of the bestselling books Good Judgment and The Intangibles of Leadership 📖

Richard shared insights on leadership, executive decision-making, and the science of human personality. Drawing from the themes of Good Judgment, he explored how understanding personality and human behaviour can lead to better business decisions, stronger leadership, and more effective teams. He also spoke about the qualities that make leaders successful beyond technical skills — including self-awareness, judgment, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.

It was an engaging and thought-provoking session that gave our team valuable perspectives on leadership, communication, and personal growth both inside and outside the workplace.

This past Sunday, INTEGRAcare was honoured to attend the beautiful Mother’s Tea hosted by Amica Credit Mills in support of 🌸☕💗

Founded by Rose Bilak in loving memory of Stephen Bilak, The Parking Foundation helps ease the financial burden of hospital parking for families facing extended hospital stays and medical crises. After Stephen spent 66 days in the ICU, the Bilak family experienced firsthand how quickly parking costs can become an added hardship during an already difficult time. Today, the Foundation provides complimentary hospital parking support so families can focus on what matters most — being present with their loved ones.

INTEGRAcare is deeply honoured to support Rose Bilak in this meaningful journey of compassion, advocacy, and community care. Initiatives like this remind us that even small acts of support can make an enormous difference for families navigating challenging seasons of life.

We were especially grateful to share this special afternoon celebrating motherhood, family, and connection. Pictured are moments from the event, including our Director of Intake, Bethel McMaster, enjoying the afternoon with her family. 💐
