Our Sunflower Memories event is next month, and we’re inviting our community to take part in a beautiful moment of remembrance 🌻

This special event gives you the chance to dedicate a wooden sunflower plaque in honour of your loved one. Each sunflower will be displayed in our Hospice gardens during the event, or you can also choose to have your sunflower sent home to keep or plant as a lasting tribute.

Set in our peaceful gardens, the afternoon will include live music, stalls and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a space to pause, reflect and celebrate the people who continue to shape our lives.
