September is a busy month with quite a few exciting off-site events going on so this week is a chance to get your sauna in while we're at home!

We had the Awesome

MASSON FEST at Masson Lees quarry, Matlock.

Then

Up to Scotland for Soul Gathering in Edinburgh as guests at Soul Water Sauna where we took part in a menopause & sauna discussion panel & offered a Power in the Pause ritual.

Then

International Sauna Congress 2026 in Oslo. This event happens every 4 years and we are beyond excited to be attending. It's a gathering of cutting edge practise, research & sauna design and the capital of floating saunas 🩵🔥🩵

So book a seat with us this week and then come back to find out more in October.

Last Sunday's NEW MOON slumber sauna sound journey was full of blissed out bodies. Such a joy to work with Emma in this way bringing folks a rich sensory supper before bed . New dates coming soon!

We have private hire available outside of scheduled times should you want to gather with a bunch of friends or want to celebrate a special occasion.

Do you know how important rest is during our peri/ menopause ?

But how hard is it to truly rest?
And what do we do once we get there, if indeed we ever do?

Our sauna ritual will be the first stage of deep, multi-sensory relaxation and connection.

We will explore different types of rest and discover how understanding our cycles and the changes that occur at menopause can make a huge difference to the way we navigate this natural life transition.
