This week we sent out X300 Snapp-it wellbeing support packs along with lots of extra goodies to support students at Allestree Woodlands School 🙌💙🙌

These will be given out to support students on October 9th as part of the YoungMinds Hello Yellow event which takes place on World Mental Health day 💛
Unfortunately we were unable to attend in person at this year’s event so the wonderful safeguarding team will be delivering these to students on our behalf.🙏🏻

- The multi-purpose devices are wearable, usable, desirable and practical providing instant 24/7 access to a wealth of national and locally commissioned health and wellbeing support services as well as lots of self help support and fun stuff too through the Snapp-it app 📱 which is accessed via the QR codes on the Snapp-it devices.
All the hard work has been done for them providing the right and most needed information in the easiest, quickest and most intuitive way possible, Ensuring each young person has the right information to make a well informed choice. - Taking the anxiety out of taking action.
Connecting them to the right service so they get the right help at the right time enabling each and every student the best chance to grow into independent healthy adults without carrying the weight of the world with them.
A modern day approach to smart-health, you need something that’s quick and at your fingertips as early identification and intervention is key to reducing and preventing harm, for a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment, it builds self-confidence and strengthens personal resilience 🙌📲🙌

Another fantastic event yesterday at Calow Gala 🙌💙🙌

Hayley & Jason attended once again with a Snapp-it support information stall and a tombola for fundraising.
Once again we ran out of support supplies & wellbeing packs and sold out of tombola by 2:30pm which is fantastic! So we got to spend the remaining few hours enjoying vibe and energy listening to the vocalists on stage. 😎🎪☕️🥤

Each year we bring more and more, all that the car could carry and we sell out every time! this is always such a fantastic event with wonderful community spirit and such positive energy.
Lots of amazing charities, organisations and local businesses held stall, there’s always something for everyone. 🙌💙🙌
We were so busy we forgot to take any photos of the stall or ourselves this year! 🤦🏻‍♀️📸

We would like to say a Special Thank You to Sam, Penny and all those who helped to organise, run and volunteer at this event. As it’s a huge operation, which year on year just gets better and better. 🫶🙏🏻🫶

It was a great end to the summer season 2026 and we have done some fantastic events across the summer at lots of different venues, met some amazing people and organisations along the way! 🙂
We are so grateful to always be invited and be so well received by the community.
Most importantly we are so thankful for the community support we receive as without this and the vital fundraising and donations we simply wouldn’t be able to do what we do, As a very small volunteer lead charity it’s the community that has helped us continue to help keep Snapp-it running and getting the vital mental health support information out there to the young people across Derbyshire.
We had some amazing stories and positive feedback yesterday from people and individuals who came back from last year to tell us how Snapp-it helped them / their family which is always amazing to hear. 🙌💙🙌

We would like to say a huge Thank You to the wonderful guys at Easy Bathrooms Chesterfield 🙏🏻 On the 10th of July they held their trade day showcasing all they have on offer to local traders whilst adding loads of fun activities for those who attended. Including an ice bath 🥶
During this event they hosted a raffle 🎟️ and collect donations for their chosen charity, which this year was us 🙌💙🙌 raising an amazing £876.50 on the day which was donated to Snapp-it by wonderful the showroom manager Dean.

We would like to give a special thanks Ste for nominating us as the chosen charity, Dean and all the staff who helped make the day happen and everyone who donated.

This donation will go such a long way in helping to support young people across our local area with access to mental health support. 🙌💙🙌

On Saturday Hayley held a stall at Picnic on the Pitch 🙌💙🧺🥪🥙🥤☕️☀️
This is the 3rd year that this community event has ran and every year it’s even better 🙌 filled with amazing community spirit, a rare free event day for the whole family and a great place for everyone to come together and find out what local support is out there by the charity / community partners that attend.

As always it was a fantastic event for us, Hayley gave out lots of Snapp-it support information and it was a great opportunity to do some fundraising - We actually sold out which is fantastic 🙌💙🙌.

We would like to give a special Thank You 🙏🏻 to the wonderful Vicki Louise Holmes & Tom from the Middlecroft Community Network for all their hard work in planning this event and everyone who helped set up on the day and had a hand in making it happen.🫶

On the 4th of July the annual memorial football match took place at Hollingwood in memory of James ‘Dodge’ Farrow.
Both teams played with everything they had whilst raising an incredible £709.86 in Dodges memory 💙 which has kindly been donated once again to Snapp-it to support Teen Mental Health.🙏🏻💙🙏🏻

We are proud to say we have gotten to know the Farrow family very well over the years and through their continued kind and generous support we have supported thousands of young people across Derbyshire in Dodges memory.

A massive thanks to all who organised and played in the match, everyone who came along on the day to support and all those who made donations in Dodges memory. 🙏🏻💙🙏🏻

A special Thank You to Dodges parents Julie and Faz, his brothers Ben and Joe and sister in laws Rachel and Nic for choosing once again to support the work we do here at Snapp-it.
As a very small charity these donations make such a huge impact on the work we do and those we support, So Thank You as It truly means so very much.🙌💙🙌
