Another day, another race! for CHN Boss completing Deka Strong 💪 no running involved! He was 1st in AG, and currently 1st overall in this race and sitting nicely on the Deka World leaderboard 😁 he states op Deka WC qualification is on track, with Deka mile & strong complete, fit to come in July 🤞he does report he is a bit raced out! 😵‍💫 but back to training🏃‍♂️💪👊

CHN Boss, still at it, coming 1st in his AG at HybridNW and 8th overall out of all AG’s! it takes a good young Un to beat a good old Un. Well done Boss! 🏃‍♂️💪👊

CH Boss Qualified for both HYROX WC individual & doubles. He decided to focus on doubles. Came very close, 7 secs off second, 1.50 away from being crowned world champs. A couple of things to work on but had a strong personal performance. Both events next time HYROX WC in Hongkong! maybe he stated, will need to qualify first! 🏃‍♂️💪👊😁

CH Boss at it again! Deka fit done! 1st in AG, 4th overall today, currently sitting top of the world AG leaderboard. He might be looking to book December Texas, USA, trip for the Deka World Champs. He has Deka strong & fit to come in the next few weeks. He reported feeling tired today after his last heavy session pre Hyrox WC, yesterday! not the best plan! 🥵🏃‍♂️💪👊😁
