Last but not least from our team shoot with AK during the summer 👀📸

Everyone meet Karen Docherty 🥳 A busy working mum who wanted a new challenge… again 💪🏼

This is Karen’s second shoot 😍 We were working up to this one for about 18 months 🤝 Karen came to me eating around 1800 calories a day. We gradually upped her daily activity AND calories to around 2200 and she managed to get LEANER eating MORE!? 👀🤌🏽

So happy with her progress! She’s built a decent bit of muscle, lost around 5lb of body fat and most importantly, gained so much confidence and knowledge about ber general health!

She says “Working with Beth has been such a positive experience. I’ve become stronger, happier and more confident. There have definitely been challenging days, but the support, guidance and accountability have kept me going and helped me push myself further than I thought I could”.

So if you’re looking at Karen’s pic thinking, “I could never do that!”… she thought that too, and absolutely smashed it 🤣🫶🏽

Best Fitness Business 2018 😭🎉
Since January 2017 I have literally worked E V E R Y hour under the sun and put my all into my work, and to have it recognised tonight was just amazing!! 🙌🏽
I know I’ve not been in business that long, and there’s a LOT of other trainers and gyms in Dundee, but I believe my different approach to “health” is what’s won me this award tonight 😩🙌🏽
I do diets for the busy, single, working mum of two kids... I do diets for the person that’s ‘done every diet and nothing works’... I do diets for the nurse that works a 14 hour shift then wants a glass of wine at the end of it... I do REAL food for REAL women 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️
I don’t care about your PB, I don’t care about the number on the scale 🙅🏻‍♀️ I care about supporting normal women who just want to feel good in their outfit on a Saturday night... and the new mum who wants to tone up her tum... and the bride who wants to look and feel amazing on her wedding day ☺️
Why should “healthy” and weight loss revolve around eating chicken and rice 8x a day!? 🤔 It shouldn’t!! And my clients results are proof of that!! 😎🔥

This has been in my drafts for weeeks 🫣

This is everything we did when we stayed in Kenmore. It’s just a 10 min drive into Aberfeldy. The farm tour was my absolute FAVE! That woman is living my dream 😭🫶🏽

Ps, since the Instagram update, I can’t take away the background sound on my videos and play music at the same time. Anyone else? 🫠
