Royal Garden Party Part 1

To celebrate his Majesties Birthday on Saturday we held our own Royal Garden party today(unfortunately indoors). We had a fabulous afternoon enjoying scrumptious cakes and sandwiches followed by a surprise visit from some VIP visitors which is revealed in part 2. 👑

On the commemorative day of D Day 82 we had a visit from 1 Platoon Park Gate Army Cadet Force join us under the command of 2Lt Penn the Detachment Commander.

It was fascinating to listen to the Cadets share their reasons for joining and if they plan to go into the Army. Residents really enjoyed chatting to them and very much enjoyed watching them do some marching drills after sharing their own life experiences with them. We very much look forward to your next visit.
