From curious smiles to moments of calm connection, the trip brought residents closer to nature by meeting incredible wildlife, sharing stories and enjoying meaningful time together beyond the home environment. It’s experiences like these that highlight the true impact of personalised wellbeing support - where quality care goes beyond daily needs and becomes about joy, dignity, and living fully.

Residents and team members recently came together for a heartwarming community initiative that brought joy beyond the home. The team baked fresh cupcakes, while residents took an active role in carefully packing them, preparing each box with care and pride.

These thoughtful packages were then delivered to local hospitals, clinics, fire stations and other essential services as a gesture of appreciation for the incredible work they do in the community.

This shared activity not only strengthened the sense of togetherness within TLC Carlton Court Care Home but also gave residents a meaningful way to contribute to the wider community.
