3 months following male septorhinoplasty 👃🏼

A subtle but significant refinement with reduction of the dorsal hump, smoothing the profile and improving tip symmetry and definition. Importantly, maintaining a strong, natural male nose.

From the base view, the improved symmetry is particularly evident. I also love the subtle light and shadow across the nasal tip, a sign of definition without looking overly sculpted.

A piezotome was used for precise reshaping of the nasal bones, alongside correction of a significant septal deviation meaning he now breathes better too.

Still early at 3 months, with further refinement to come.
