It’s not an apology.
It’s not a problem to be solved.
It’s not an object to be perfected.

It’s the home that has carried you through grief, through joy, through healing.
It’s the skin that has felt love, held pain, and survived every version of you.

We’ve been taught to see our bodies through the lens of criticism, when in truth — our bodies deserve reverence, not shame.

🌿 Body image isn’t about vanity.
It’s about relationships.
And like all relationships, it needs care, kindness, and unlearning.

So today — speak gently to the parts you’ve learned to hide.

Some of us grew up believing that needing “too little” made us easy to love.

That asking for basic respect, care, or emotional presence was somehow asking too much.

But hear this: Just because you don’t demand much doesn’t mean you should accept the bare minimum.

True connection, safety, and love are not earned by shrinking yourself. They are your birthright.

We believe healing begins when you start recognizing your worth—not based on what you endure, but on who you are.
✨ You are allowed to want more.
✨ You are allowed to expect emotional availability, kindness, and care.
✨ You are allowed to outgrow the spaces that only offer you crumbs.

But here’s the truth: there is no single timeline for success, happiness, or fulfillment.
