This week, in three numbers: 33% average stress reduction. Zero dropouts in the final two sessions. One unprompted message, three weeks after the programme ended, asking for more.
That's what's possible right now, no letter, no fee, no queue you have to earn your way into. Our next cohort is opening soon.
Which of this week's numbers surprised you the most? Let us know, and find out about the next cohort in the comments.

A quick, honest reminder: our next cohort has limited spaces, because we keep groups small enough that everyone actually gets seen. That's part of why the numbers work.
If you've been thinking about it, this is the nudge. What's stopped you from messaging us so far, we'd genuinely like to know so we can make it easier?

Our next six-week cohort is opening soon, same neuroscience-based approach, same free access, same commitment to measuring whether it actually works.
If the cost wall or the waiting list has been holding you back, this is your sign. What would it mean to you to have six weeks built entirely around removing both barriers?

This week we shared numbers we're genuinely proud of, but none of it happens without the people who showed up, week after week, and let us track and share what that six weeks actually did for them.
Thank you to every participant, to Tower Hamlets Carers Centre and Marie Lloyd Centre, Hackney, and to the National Lottery Community Fund for making this pilot possible.
What's one thing you're proud of from this week, big or small?

Waiting for a diagnosis isn't free either, it's just a cost that doesn't show up on a bill. Every week on a list is a week of masking, compensating, telling yourself you're just lazy or dramatic.
Our first cohort proved you don't have to carry that cost alone while you wait. What's one thing that's helped you get through a long wait for something important?

A few people told us honestly, at the start, that they weren't sure a free community programme could actually help. By session six, several of those same people had the highest attendance in the group.
We don't think that's coincidence. What would it take to convince you something free is worth taking seriously?

For someone stuck on a waiting list, “results” doesn't usually mean a certificate or a big transformation. It means sleeping a bit better. Reframing one thought instead of spiralling. Showing up to session six when you could have quietly stopped after session two.
Our first programme delivered exactly that, measurably, while people were still waiting for their letters. What would a small, real result look like for you right now?

No. Nobody in our first cohort had one. You don't need a letter, a referral, or an official label to take part or to see real results.
If “not diagnosed yet” has ever made you feel like you don't qualify for support, what would it take to unlearn that?

Thank you to Tower Hamlets Carers Centre and Marie Lloyd Centre, Hackney, for trusting us with your community for six weeks. This week's results belong to that partnership as much as to us.
If you're a partner organisation working with young people stuck waiting or priced out, what would collaborating on something like this mean for the people you support?

None of this happens without the right backing. Huge thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund for funding a pilot built specifically for people stuck between a cost wall and a waiting list.
This week's numbers are proof that risk paid off. What would it mean to you to see funding go somewhere measured and proven?
