🌸 Wellbeing and Menopause course 🌸

A free four-week course is being offered at Penrith hospital, it will be providing a supportive space to learn more about menopause and wellbeing.

The sessions will explore experiences and symptoms of menopause while giving you the opportunity to share and hear from other women going through similar situations!

Courses are available across various locations in Penrith with some also offered online.

💉 Flu Vaccinations 2026 💉

As per NHS guidelines flu vaccinations will be offered in stages:

📆 From 1st September- Priority groups,
Meaning pregnant women and children.

📆From 1st October- All other eligible adults.

You may receive a message from NHS England advising you to book your flu jab, However if you are eligible you will be contacted directly by the surgery when appointments become available.

📩 Our flu invitations will be sent out mid to late September, with our clinic running from mid to late October.

We are now closed for the bank holiday weekend and will reopen as usual at 8am on Tuesday 1st September.
