Important update Outside Gong bath this evening will be inside. It is still happening but due to inclement weather forecast until 7 we can’t hold it outside 😩 the wind is too strong and it’s far too wet. So for comfort and safety we will hold it inside. Still bring blankets and pillows as usual and yoga mats but you won’t need the picnic style mats now. Good ol’ British weather! Last week we were scorchio ☀️ this week wet ☔️!
